Vacate / End-of-Lease Cleaning – Scope of Service Our Vacate Cleaning service is designed to meet real estate inspection and bond return standards. We complete a thorough top-to-bottom clean of the property to ensure it is presented in a fresh, hygienic and move-in ready condition. Service Inclusions Whole Property All floors vacuumed and mopped Skirting boards, door frames & accessible surfaces wiped Internal windows, window tracks & sills cleaned Built-in wardrobes cleaned inside and out Light switches, door handles & fixtures wiped and sanitised Cobweb removal Spot cleaning of walls (where suitable) Kitchen Benchtops, splashbacks & surfaces cleaned Inside and outside of cupboards and drawers wiped Sink, taps & drain polished Stove top & rangehood degreased Oven cleaned (full internal & external clean included unless advised otherwise) Bathrooms Shower screens, tiles & grout cleaned and descaled Basins, benchtops & tapware cleaned and polished Toilets cleaned and sanitised Mirrors cleaned to a streak-free finish Vanity cupboards & shelves wiped Laundry tub & surfaces cleaned Bedrooms & Living Areas Floors vacuumed & mopped Wardrobe mirrors cleaned Accessible surfaces dusted and wiped Optional Add-Ons (If Required) These services are available and can be added to the quote: Carpet cleaning Blind and curtain cleaning Exterior window cleaning Full wall wash Rubbish removal Important Notes Property must be vacant with power and water connected on the day of cleaning. We do not guarantee removal of heavily stained walls, permanent marks, mould, or damage, but we will always do our best to improve them.
