Airbnb Cleaning Service is designed to keep your property spotless, hygienic, and welcoming for your guests. We understand the importance of a clean environment to ensure positive reviews and repeat bookings. Included in the Airbnb Clean: Dusting: Including windowsills for a polished look Flooring: Vacuuming and mopping for spotless floors Surfaces: Spray and wipe, including mirrors and glass doors Bathrooms: Deep cleaning of sinks, toilets, baths, and showers Walls: Spot cleaning for a fresh appearance Kitchen: Spraying and wiping exterior surfaces for a tidy space Stairwells/Lifts: Cleaning high-traffic areas Cobweb Removal: Keeping all corners clear Plus, we're happy to accommodate any additional requests to ensure your space is perfectly prepared for your guests!


Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Balance is due within 7 business days of the service being completed. By booking this service, you confirm that you are the responsible party and agree to pay the invoice in full. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. additional fees may incur if notice is not provided within this timeframe or if you fail to provide access on the scheduled date. Time & Access Please ensure our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Extra time may be required depending on the condition of the property. If service hours need to be extended beyond the original booking, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS. A reply of acceptance will serve as an agreement to the additional time and charges. Scope of Service Our Airbnb clean is designed to prepare your property for the next guest with a high standard of presentation and hygiene. Services outside the agreed package (e.g., oven deep clean, heavy organization, or specialty cleaning) will incur additional fees. Satisfaction Guarantee If any area has been missed, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange to return and address the concern at no additional cost. Client Responsibilities To ensure the best results and protect both your property and our staff, please: Secure pets in a safe area away from the cleaning space. Move or safely store fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to service. Ensure water and electricity are available during the scheduled clean. Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned, including removal of excess clutter where possible. Advise us in advance of any special instructions, hazards, or sensitive surfaces that require specific care. Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or deterioration of surfaces, fixtures, or furnishings. We are not liable for damage to items that were not removed or secured by the client before the cleaning. While our team takes the utmost care, fragile or delicate items left in place remain the client’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for issues arising from improper installation, faulty surfaces, or unsafe conditions within the property.
