Service Description

Our Premium Deep Clean is designed to give your home a complete top-to-bottom refresh. We recommend starting with a Premium Deep Clean before moving to a recurring standard clean, so your home feels fresh, spotless, and perfectly up to date from the very beginning. This service is perfect for homes that need a thorough clean, whether it's for an end-of-lease clean, a spring clean, for clients preparing to move into a newly built property, or as an initial service prior to beginning your recurring standard clean (Highly Recommended!) ​For accurate quoting, we kindly ask that reference images of each room be sent to us. ​ Our Premium Deep Clean includes everything from the standard clean, with the following additional services: Dusting: Including walls, windowsills, blinds, fans, and air vents All Surfaces: Spray and wipe surfaces, including windows, walls, and the interior/exterior of wardrobes Kitchen: Cleaning and wiping down exterior surfaces, ovens, microwaves, and range-hoods Dishwasher: Unpacking and stacking Light Switches and Power Points: Cleaning to ensure every detail is covered And Much More! We ensure a Thorough and detailed clean, leaving your home fresh, organized, and ready to relax. Deep dusting of all surfaces, corners, and high areas Floors: vacuuming, mopping, and detailed edge cleaning Bathrooms: full sanitization including tiles, grout, and fixtures Kitchen: inside and outside of cupboards, stovetops, sinks, and surfaces Windows and window sills: thorough cleaning for clarity and shine Walls, doors, and light fixtures: spot and full cleaning Cobweb and hard-to-reach area removal


Cancellation Policy

Bookings Appointments must be booked in advance. We service Albany, WA and surrounding areas, subject to availability. What’s included This service includes clearing gutters and downpipes, plus removal of loose roof debris where it is safe and accessible. This is a cleaning service only and does not include roof repairs. Cancellations & rescheduling Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full quoted/invoiced amount. Access to the property Access is required at the scheduled booking time. Service time starts at the booked time and cannot be extended if access is delayed. If our team cannot access the property, we will contact you and wait 15 minutes. If we don’t hear back within that time, the booking will be cancelled and the full amount will be charged. A call-out fee may apply where access is not provided. Double-storey & roof safety For double-storey properties and roof debris removal, work will only be completed where conditions are safe. We may refuse or stop work if site conditions are unsafe (including weather, access limitations, or hazards). Customer responsibilities Please provide accurate property details (including whether it is single or double-storey) and notify us of any hazards. Please ensure clear access and secure pets during the service. Payment Payment is due on completion (or as per invoice terms). We accept cash, bank transfer/EFT, card, or invoice. Late payments may incur fees/interest. Satisfaction guarantee If you’re unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a re-clean or resolution. Privacy We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
